Christopher's 4th Grade Program

So, the day after Amberly's surgery (March 19th) was the 4th grade program for Christopher. There were three options to see it and due to all my focus on Amberly's ears, I didn't think things through very well. I skipped the morning show (which is the one I should have gone to) and went to the afternoon show. The evening show was another option, but I had two other conflicts (Enrichment and Cub Leader training).

I took Ethan, Joshua, and Amberly with me to the afternoon show. My parent's met me at the school. I brought all the necessary equipment- stroller, diaper bag, popcorn, the D.S. to entertain said Ethan.

Well it all blew up in my face. Ethan and Joshua fought over the D.S. at first, then Ethan decided the game he was playing was just too boring (he had already watched the 4th grade play that morning-so that was not an option). I wanted to string him up to the rafters!

He threw the BIGGEST fit in the history of fits. The whole school could hear him. I finally put in down at the end of the hall where no one was and just let him get it out. I was completely spent by the time we went home.

Joshua ended up sitting with Cari Gardner (heaven knows what I would have done the last eight years without her) and was perfectly good and content. Amberly was adored and doted on by Grandma and Papa (another very important I survive this all).

Unfortunately, I don't seem to have any video or pictures of Christopher's program because of this. This is the downside to several children, pretty soon somebody starts missing out somewhere.

Christopher did a great job on his part and enjoyed learning all his songs about Utah. It was a good program. He especially like dancing to "Boot Scootin' Boogie." He is such a cute kid!
